Your credit card details are safely processed though an encrypted SSL connection and are processed directly from Stripe meaning your payment is secure. We don't have access to your credit card details and we will never ask your for any details of your credit card by email, SMS or any other means.

Refunds for cancelled orders are done instantly by us and are also processed directly from Stripe. The funds should appear back in your bank in 1 to 10 working days, depending on your bank and country.
